This is an area that we would want every employee to have full autonomy over. Skill development and career progression frameworks, albeit important, are also very personal and would like everyone to have the liberty to define theirs.

What we will outline here are guiding points that you can use.

Some of the key areas to focus on include: a. Foundational Skills

This is in line with your role. Developing a strong foundation in relevant technologies and tools that you use directly in your roles.

b. Interpersonal and Communication Skills

This is purely to enhance your communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. We will invest in workshops on such and also get courses that you can do to enhance these skills.

c. Project Management Skills

We have a lot of projects at Zindua, and it would be a good move to acquire basic project management skills that would help in the implementation of most of these projects.

d. Cross-Functional Understanding

At Zindua, we encourage everyone to develop a basic understanding of other departments' functions. This will be done by shadowing colleagues from different departments.
